My mom, sister and I booked this tour recently and I can honestly say that it was the BEST TIME we’ve had in New York City during the 5 days we were there. In all my travels around the world, I can sincerely say that Vitali is one of the TOP tour guides I’ve ever encountered. He’s not only personable, he’s also very funny, informative and he kept the tour very light-hearted and a lot of fun! I’ve been to Central park quite a few times already, but I’m so glad that I finally booked a pedicab tour especially with my mom joining us. We saw a lot of sights & learned more about the city & Vitali was so patient and kind to take such wonderful pictures & even a few videos throughout the tour. Everything was done in a very relaxed & easy pace. He was also so helpful by giving us more tips on what else we can do in NYC and also had recommendations for good restaurants. If you’re thinking of booking this tour, I RECOMMEND YOU DO IT without hesitation & also upgrade to the 2-hour one because it’ll be worth it. Vitali even went over and beyond by dropping us off at our next destination, which was a complete surprise & very much appreciated. He’s such a gentleman and that’s top tier customer service if you ask me!

Vitali gave us the coolest experience in his pedicab. We had a great time, with very funny moments and knowing a lot about Central Park and the surroundings' history. We highly recommend Peter Pen Tours.
