The crew has to stop at spots with fish. If there are no fish, you better move to another spot instead of saying, i could see some. If you could count the numbers of fish in a ocean, you know, you are at the wrong spot. also, of you pay 200 bucks for two people, you have to get a fresh water shower on Board. And not the feedback, oh, it looks like the last crew have forgotten to fill it up. That's unprofessionell. The crew for the trip have been friendly, but i could not recommend that company. Kayak have been good, but too long instead of goring to a fish snorkel spot

Sebb646, we would like to thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our apologies for not providing the trip you were looking for. The area we go to is a nursey, so the fish are smaller and not as plentiful as the barrier reef. However, the captain said the guest saw lobsters, an ell, a baby nurse shark, and a variety of fish. We just don't see thousands of them. One thing that is very nice about the refuge is that it is always calm, so guests never get seasick. That not only is beneficial for snorkeling but also for the kayak portion of the trip. Generally speaking, kayaking is around an hour long which most guests seem to be comfortable with. We do understand that this may be a little long for others though.
As for the freshwater shower, it was a leak in the hose that drained the tank. Unfortunately an accident. We do apologize for that as well. It would be our pleasure to offer you some compensation for the inconvenience. Feel free to just reach out to us. We wish you the best.
