It was an awful experience, there were so many people fishing at the same time in the same side of the boat, that’s why the fish hooks were tangled frequently and the customer service was not good at all. We went to fish in Naples around 2 weeks ago, and it was an amazing experience!!

I went with my husband because he wanted to do this but I had a blast. He caught 2 fish and we were excited. I tried, but no luck. The staff and instructors were great and very helpful. They worked extremely hard to please all customers.

Narrator of the cruise was good. I thought people should have been spread out around the entire boat rather than everyone being on one side which led to a lot of tangled fishing lines. The staff were attentive and helped untangle lines and replenish bait. Most were able to catch some fish. Tracking how many fish were caught based on the markings need to be drastically improved to minimize the fussing when it is time to take the fish with you. This put the lady fileting the fish in a bad spot. Overall, everyone on the fishing trip had a good time and the captain tried several different spots. The price was reasonable too compared to some of the other options.
