Beautiful experience, but the trip is extremely physically demanding. Long kayak trips w paddling in strong winds. The hike to the waterfall is extremely strenuous as well. Lots of walking across rocky surfaces, crossing streams, and mud trails. If you are over the age of 50 and have any type of physical limitation you should seriously consider not doing this excursion. That being said, the waterfall and scenery are spectacular, but it is a very tiring day. The staff are super nice and did everything they could to make it a wonderful experience, but we were happy when it was over.
