I’m not rating the tour. We bought tickets for premium seating through trip advisor/viator. We got a call from FRS that the seats we purchased weren’t available and I was directed to call viator to change them. Unfortunately the call center wasn’t helpful and at this point, I have not received the email she promised showing the cancellation. Do not buy tickets directly thru trip advisor. Go to the website for FRS and get them directly.

The boat was nice and clean, comfortable. Drinks and food were for sale but expensive. Long ride with very little visible whales from very far away. It would be better to tour another way. There was no music and it was boring.

It’s just not worth what you pay. We did encounter a whale family and they are very hard to see and distant due to the limitations of closeness. There are great pictures you can buy, of course after you have already paid for the overpriced tickets that include absolutely nothing and I paid for “premium “ seating which was the same as everyone else and there was people moving seats the whole time and no one checking. 4.00 for a regular cup of coffee and 14.00 for a prepackaged lunch wrap. Just one big rip off. Then you are “encouraged “ to tip your guide because the over 300.00 to sit on a boat for 3 hours isn’t enough.
