When we got there, we were told there was a 40-50 minute wait, although there were plenty of tables free. So we decided to sit at the bar. Danielle was very good and served us quickly. We decided just to have our food at the bar as well, ending up spending most of the evening there and having a few more beers. During this time, most of the tables stayed empty. So I'm not sure why we were told there was such a wait. The service from Danielle more than made up for this, and in the future, I think we will just go straight to the bar as the service seems much better.

Service annoyingly slow. Staff didn’t give a toss. Wanted drink before ordering food. Waiter took drinks order then came back three times for food order before drinks had even arrived. Half way through starters a totally bored waiter just dumped our main food on the end of the table and walked off. I shouted after him and he turned round and completely ignored me. The two staff on the front desk were continuously on their phones and ignored the queue that formed in front of them, actually turning away people when the restaurant was less than a third full. I asked a passing waiter if they had lots of bookings later and he said about three. If I was the manager I would be very worried about the attitude of his staff. I have eaten in six different Hard Rock Cafes all over the world and I will not be recommending this one to anyone, in fact I will be putting it out to all my followers on Twitters and putting it on Facebook to stay away . Terrible place.

Had a burger and fries as well as alcohol. The food came out quick, was hot, and a large serving. I don't think I finished the whole burger. The drink was ok, probably could have been a little stronger. There was some kind of confusion on who our waiter/waitress was and the waitress didn't have an issue expressing it to us. The restaurant and bathroom were clean. We didn't have to wait for a table.
