I bought the HardRock Ticket unsure about what to do or expect. The staff was flexible to me anytime from 4pm to 9pm. I heard about the casino incident. So I enjoyed a drink, ate from the Eclectic Menu and listened to music. Live band every Wednesday and I visited Thursday. Friendly & Supportive employees & managers. Great experience

The food was decent, although the service was very disorganized. We ordered an appetizer, but an hour later the people at the table (who came after us) got our food. We waited a few more minutes and our appetizer finally came. When we got our main courses everyone was happy with their meals. Although my salad was way over dressed but the waiter took it off the bill when we mentioned it.

The server was nice and we were seated right way, but my salmon ramen salad didn’t have any ramen in it and the salmon was dry. I didn’t notice the missing ingredients until I was halfway through and didn’t say anything then because I was with work associates.
