In a small group experience, you will learn how to assess seemingly haunted phenomena and what compromises an actual haunting using your senses and research equipment!

You will be instructed in: what kind of phenomena make a “genuine haunting”, how to approach investigating such phenomena, to employ your senses and respect your psychic feelings, learn about various types of paranormal equipment, and you’ll get equipped with two great tools to track paranormal activity.

This tour has been going on almost every night since January 2002. We will share stories and anecdotes from the tour related to the sites we visit and relevant historical details. The tour is not designed to frighten but to engage and educate you in the investigation of haunted phenomena.

During the history of the tour, we have experienced a wide range of paranormal phenomena including occasional sightings, as well as paranormal sounds, scents, and tactile encounters.

This was such an amazing experience. Lew was our tour guide and he was outstanding. He was so fun and interesting, and gave so much informative information. I have done three ghost tours in st augustine over the past few years and this was by far the best one. I truly hope I can get Lew again as our tour guide next year, because they have inspired me to come back and do this again. Truly an exceptional experience with an exceptional, experienced guide.

Lu was an outstanding guide on our ghost tour! His storytelling made the experience both educational and thrilling and it was a great way to learn more about the cities history. He gave us amole time to investigate and explore at each of our 3 stops. Lucian’s is passionate about what he does and it showed through the entirety of our tour. The tour was loads of fun paranormal wise, you never know what you’re going to get. Highly recommended!
