  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Our Haunted Guided Tour are smaller than our competitors. Plus you actually enter mutliple locations on our tours! As such we require at least 8 people/ghost hunter in our to run. If for some reason it looks like the tour will not go (this is rare but does occasionally happen), we will personally call you with a tour update 2-3 hours before your tour is set to go. If your tour does not go, again very rare, we will refund you or move you to another date. Feel free to call or email us with any questions or if you just want an update on how many have signed up so far. If we don't pick up immediately we will get back to you shortly.
  • We meet you at the south corner of Conde Street & San Diego Ave, 2425 San Diego Ave, San Diego, CA 92110. 15 minutes before tour time please.
  • Please make sure to use the bathroom before your tour. You will be going to historic locations which have no bathroom access, and your party definitely should use the bathroom before joining us. Bathrooms can be found in the neighboring restaurants and businesses. There is a public restroom at the back of Cafe Coyote a block away. Just walk to the very back of their plaza.
  • If you are driving, please show up early to get parking.
  • Service animals are allowed provided they are small, can be carried in their crate and do not disturb the other attendees. If you have a larger animal like a German Sheppard you would need to purchase an additional seat,potentially crate the animal and will not be able to enter some of the locations as there are antique and very valuable, fragile historic artifacts in them.
  • Due to our bus size and the older nature of our locations we are not wheel chair accessible. If you have a member with ambulatory challenges, please call us to go over it.
  • Children under 10 are not recommended. If you have a child under 10, please call us to make sure this is a good fit.

El Campo Santo Cemetery
What is a haunted tour without a graveyard? You will enter this location and be told the stories among the tombstones. Back to where it all began. Old Town San Diego, El Campo Santo Cemetery has a long history of the macabre. Ghosts there are disturbed as their burial grounds have been disturbed many times. Strange figures still appear seemingly to glow and float above the ground.

This tour walks guests past the Waley House, stops at the Villa Montazuma (condemned, so can't go inside), looks up at a couple windows of a hotel in the Gas Lamp district, discussed (but does not go to) the Hotel Del Coronado, goes into the oldest standing building in San Diego (gas lamp distirct), and ends in a cemetary back in Old Town (in the dark, so you cannot see the grave markers, unless you bring your own flashlight). My granddaughter and the other guests were disappointed that we did not go into more of the buildings. I did not expect to see any ghosts; but do think that if you are touring sites, you should be able to go in them. I'm sure there is information on all the areas we visited, and anyone could go on their own walking tour, without spending $35 a person. I give this an "average" rather than a "poor" rating, because our tour guide, Dante, did his best to bring the history of the area to life. I give him an "A" for effort. He talked almost non-stop for the two hours we were with him. He had some pictures in a binder to show us, to help visualize what he was discussing. I really cannot recommend this tour. Sorry.

This is both a themed bus tour and walking tour to different locations around San Diego. Ghost Host was appropriately costumed and stayed in character thru the 2 hour tour. Some surprises along the way. Learned lots about San Diego's haunted past that continues to present day. People on tour got ghostly pictures. Well worth the cost as it was always exciting as well as spooky. Bring cash for tips at end of tour. Arrive early for parking. Bring your camera. Would go on it again.

We had the great pleasure of riding on the "Ghost Bus Tours" mobile theater. We met our tour guide Dante at the Best Western Hacienda Hotel in Olde Town San Diego and the fun started right away. We are able to see some beautiful spots we would never had seen on our own and learn so fun and fascinating macabre history of this historic town. The interior of the bus was all decked out in Halloween style and the little surprises along the way made for added fun and excitement. This is not a very scary tour for hard core Ghost Hunters, although we did get some great spirit orb pictures. This is more of a started tour and one for those who want to get their feet wet in the ghost hunter realm while enjoying some light sided humor as well. Appropriate for most ages. One of the best tours I have ever had the pleasure to experience. I would definitely do this one again!
