My wife , sister in law, and I took our 8 year old ,whom can be very skittish, on this tour. The guide was nice and very informative, with a lot of historical information. It wasn’t as ghost toury as we had thought, but it was still very interesting and I would recommend it for those whom like the idea of ghost tours, but are a little nervous to have a true encounter.

I reserved this a few hours before and while there are methods to contact the tour, they don't work. Nothing explains how you find the tour, it just gives you an address, which happened to be a school and no one was specifically at the school. There is no signage to tell you where the tour is but lots of groups did gather and after searching for 10 min I did find them late. The tour is good and informative and the tour guide was knowledgeable, luckily the group wasn't bigger because I wouldn't have been able to hear him then. It wasn't very spooky, per se, but it explained all the ghost like phenomenons that occurred through the area, whether embellished or not.
