We are terribly sorry you did not make it on time and missed the tour, as we can very well imagine the disappointment. Unfortunately though, since we offer the whole experience and not the individual tickets, if you go directly to the ticket office they will not let you in, as the reservations are under our company's name.
In regards to the phone line, we do indeed have human staff to answer the calls, even though the initial greeting might be a recorded message.
