They booked us on a private booking and had to cancel and put us on a different tour wasn’t satisfied

We were short staffed this weekend so we do apologize for the inconvenience in switching your experience. We wanted to ensure we didn't cancel your plans. We didn't know you were not satisfied as we assumed your time was great from the pictures and videos. That's unfortunate to hear but we do apologize.
