What a terrific company!! My wife, grandson and I planned to tour Tucson, but 30 minutes before we were to start, my wife suffered an injury, completely unrelated to the tour. Jimmie was very helpful in helping us get needed medical assistance. My grandson got his tour while Gramma got treated. No charge for the late cancellation, and my grandson had a great time. This is an excellent company with the best of ethics. We'll reschedule this missed tour as soon as conditions permit.

Yeah, what a bummer when she fell on a walk before the tour. Gotta be careful on the mean streets of Tucson!

this is a must do when your in Tucson whether your visiting or live here (we live here). these bikes are amazing they do most but not all of the work for you - best of both worlds! and the staff is fully capable to make your experience every thing you need it to be from fitting your bike to you personally to offering a cold one when your done

Jimmy was a terrific guide. Really appreciated all the info and fun facts he shared. We had a wonderful time biking and learning about the city.
