It was really lovely and very interesting and the only thing I would ask for is a microphone of some sort for the gentleman giving the tour as it was hard to hear him sometimes. But really a great boat to go on to entertain out of town guests!!

THIS IS MY OPINION. Earsplitting awful music between guides short narratives. Guide's narrative not amplified. It rained earlier that day so all cushions were removed (guess they have no ability to dry them). Small single toilet accessed by five steep steps. Bringing food and drink on board forbidden (without sufficient advance notice), but snack bar offered only booze, soft drinks, chips and cookies, not even a sandwich for 12:30 pm outing. Directions to a $5 garage (weekend rate) led to a closed facility. Deck dangerous for a toddler, no substantial safety rails. AVOID THIS ONE.

We strive to create a fun and memorable atmosphere for all guests, and we regret that the music and other aspects of the trip were not to your liking. Our goal is to balance entertainment with insightful narration, but we understand this may not always align with personal preferences. We appreciate your feedback regarding the sound and will review ways to ensure the guide’s voice is clearer for everyone onboard. Regarding the cushions, guest comfort is important to us. After rain, we remove them to prevent damp seating, and we apologize if this caused inconvenience. As for food and drinks, we try to make policies clear at the time of booking, and we do offer a few pre-order options like cheese & charcuterie boxes but we’ll reassess our communication to avoid future misunderstandings. We're also sorry to hear about the parking situation. We provide parking recommendations based on current information but recognize the frustration if circumstances change unexpectedly. We’ll update our guidance to better reflect alternate options. Safety is our top priority, and our vessel is maintained to meet all regulatory standards. We understand that traveling with toddlers can present unique challenges, and we appreciate your perspective. We value all guest feedback, and your comments will help us improve.
