We only had 1 day to spend on Galveston Island and drove over an hour to get there. We received a message while we were on our way canceling the tour due to a driver emergency. I understand things happen, but they had no backup? They didn't offer an alternate tour.. NOTHING. Yes, they refunded our money but that's not what we wanted and left us to scramble to make other plans on an unfamiliar city.... Very Disappointed!!

Great experience. The history of Galveston was amazing. The air conditioned van is a great way to see all the historical landmarks.
