She canceled my tour after the 24 hour deadline. I lost my money. Unprofessional. Then, stopped responding to my texts. It's only 25$. So, not a big deal but the way she handled it was terrible.

Theresa you were contacted by me prior to your booking cancellation and given a valid reason . Our policy (as listed here ) is that we do not operate a tour with less than two guests. Please remove this review, as you were refunded by this portal within your banks' timeline. please note that when you leave a review like this you affect a small business for a long time because of the star review deduction. I have worked very hard to give efficient service and a great experience to those who take my tours and take a review like this quite personally, as I operate with a high level of integrity at all times.
