Our driver Stan had excellent communication before and during the pick up. I was never left wondering where to meet or where to go.

I didn’t get my name on a banner/slip of paper indicating who was there to pick me up; I’m physically handicapped and the driver didn’t assist me in the wheelchair the airport attendant pushed the wheelchair to parking lot; the car was not air conditioning I had to ask the driver to turn on the AC; I’ve had lei greeting the provide excellent service prior to this.

We will most definitely be booking another ride with Alena Great experience for our first time in Hawaii , not only was she waiting for us the airport , she kept track of our Itinerary for our pick up , the leis were beautiful and freshly made, our driver had a great attitude, attentive and patient, helped with carrying our luggage to the car and took us directly to our Hotel and told us where to check in Love Love Love our experience, ride was very short from airport to The Twin Fin , if this is your first or even 10 th time at Hawaii you definitely have to experience lei greeting my sons will always have this memory well worth it Thank you Alena you’re awesome
