Favorite part of tour- Our tour guide, Angel. She was so good at her job. She gave us all the facts but inserted humor along with the facts. Kept it very entertaining. We purchased the hop on hop off tickets but when we saw how hard it was to get back on once you got off, we stayed on the trolley even though we had planned to get off at certain stops. This was not Angel's fault. They need some trolleys running the route empty of passengers so they can pick up the tourist that hopped off at different stops. The tip we would leave for future tourists is don't buy the hop on hop off ticket. It is a waste of money if you can't get back on the next trolley.

The staff was very nice, however, this tour should not be called a “Hop on hop off” tour. Once you hop off, good luck getting another trolley. My husband and I have been on many “Hop on hop off” tours and none of them left us stranded the way this one did. We got off at the second stop. When the next trolley came, it was full, but the driver radioed letting them know we were waiting along with another party of four. Then the next trolley came again full. They were loading all the trolleys at stop one full, so there was no way they can pickup anyone who got off at stop two. They ended up picking us up on the shuttle and we started the tour over, this time not getting off. When you get to the last stop, if you want to go again, this time to get off, you have to get off that trolley and get on a new one which they fill up, so there is no chance to get back on, or you might get lucky at the last stops.

We are very sorry that you were unable to get back on a trolley in a timely fashion. We are still trying to navigate this post pandemic environment. We are definitely making adjustments in number of trolleys and number of people boarding the trolley at stop 1. Again we apologize for the inconvenience.
