Having taken many tours with another trolley company in the past , I decided to try Old Savannah Tours. I was SO SORRY that I did!! It was incredibly hard to hear our tour guide and she talked more about how treacherous the cobblestones and stairs were, then she did about the history of Savannah. The tour did not go past The Marshall House, or Leopold's on Broughton street, or the Pink house. She did not point out how much SCAD had done for the city, and to be honest, she could have mentioned some of these things, but it was incredibly hard to hear her most of the time We were told that a trolley circulated every 15-20 minutes. However , we waited 30 minutes for one I understand that everything can be a bit different because of covid, but it was also disappointing to not be able to go into churches, museums and the visitors center. Of course, I know that this is not the trolley tour company's responsibility. I just wish I had gone with another company

One of the best ways to know about the city and explore the historic district. The tour guides are phenomenal!

Our family purchased two tours the Historic On/Off tour and the Grave Encounter Ghost tour for the same day. The day time tour was great. Our problem was the ghost tour, first it started a hour late leaving us just sitting on the trolley waiting, which was fine we were super excited as we have been on other similar tours there. The tour was mediocre just basically riding around with the host telling stories . After the tour was over we were told to hop back on the shuttle bus as thats how we arrived there, the driver of the shuttle bus immediately starts saying rude things to us that we were not suppose to be on her bus. We tell her we were picked up by her shuttle at our motel and the tour guide told us to get on her bus ( the only shuttle there ) the shuttle was full of other families that was trying to help us out as she was trying to put us off in the dark with 2 children and no vehicle. We had tour stickers on as well as our receipt ( how embarrassing) after what seemed like forever she finally says well I guess I will take you back. I have called to try to make management aware of this as its very dangerous if she would of made us get off with no way back to our room late at night but I never received a call back . I would definitely recommend staying safe and checking into other tours.
