Please do not waste your money! Pay a little more and book a legitimate excursion. Very unprofessional, we arrived15 minutes late due to the confusing directions. When we got there she was extremely mean and unwilling to accommodate us. As I’m standing there she texting me that I am 30 min late. I have the screen shots to prove it. Then she said my husband was overweight. He is 255lbs, the website weight limit says 260lbs. She then told him her horses can only accommodate 250lbs even though the website say 260lbs. I called Viator for assistance who in return contacted the company who stated we refused to sign the waiver. The waiver was signed electronically (copy was emailed to me) and my husband was signing an additional waiver when we were there. Viator eventually stated they can’t do anything due to the no refund policy, thank God for my bank who protects us against scammers. I travel a lot and always do excursions and have never experienced anything like this. I paid over $600 for this and she treated us like it was free. SCAM! Don’t do it!

Half of your group arrived 30 minutes late for this tour. The other half of your group arrived 45 minutes late. The gentleman in the group told us he weighed 280 lbs and you also put it in your booking form. Regardless Your group did not ride because the group that arrived on time did not want to get on the horses without the other group that was arriving even later. By time the other group got there 45 minutes late the gentleman had told the guide and office he no longer wanted to do the ride and would not let our guide load up the part of your group that was there (even though you were 30 minutes late). Our directions had nothing to do with your late arrival. We have your text messages with you stating you left late from your location to get to us. We can not load clients into horses that refuse to get on. This was 💯 percent not our fault. We can’t make someone get on a horse that refuses. He would not even let the kids in your group take pictures with the horses when our guide offered a group photo.
