This review is so overly positive that i feel i need to make sure i am clear i have never been to Alaska before and we did know the tour guides .. this company is very professional, honest and fun .. went with Nick and Lacey to the hot springs tour .. they were throughout very helpful and want you have a good time and will work to make sure you have the right directions and info you need .. Lacey even gave a recommendations for the restaurant which was helpful .. we knew that night we might not see the Aurora but they let us know earlier in the day and offered choices .. since we had planned to try a few nights to see the Aurora (you kind of have to if it is December) we went to see the hot springs .. we later were so happy with their good service on the tour we booked the northern lights tour as well which i will review separately .. i wanted to mention also the van was very nice large and comfortable, and Nick was a careful driver .. these things are important because we saw with another company it is not always true and you want to get a tour worth the cost .. we planned many tours on our first Alaska trip so we wanted to find the best one(s) .. we felt with this company it was really worth it and we ended up going on two with them … great job and thank you for helping make our trip awesome

We had originally scheduled the Incredible Aurora Viewing experience for the next evening, but I got a text saying that the weather was not optimal on the night we had booked and that it would be better if we came the night before for this outing instead. I was skeptical and concerned initially because my husband and I hadn’t particularly wanted to view the ice sculptures or go to the hot springs. Our priority really was the Northern lights. We only had two nights in Fairbanks, and we were concerned about seeing al we wanted to. But we agreed to the change based on the company’s recommendation, and I am SO GLAD WE DID! We enjoyed the hot springs more than we expected, and Austin really delivered on the Northern lights!! He was committed to making sure we saw them. We drove to a few places and Austin seemed to know exactly what he was looking for. We ended up at a site near the North Pole. We couldn’t see anything with the naked eye at first, but Austin’s photos showed Aurora activity. We waited an hour or so at this location before we could actually see anything. Austin took pictures of us in front of the Auroras, and with the camera, you could see the activity. He built a fire and we waited, and after about an hour, we were able to see the Northern lights! We are so glad we went with this company—we would have not known what we were looking for on our own. We really felt like we got excellent bang for our buck in this situation, and we were so happy that they kept us apprised of the weather and viewing conditions so we were able to see the Northern lights in good weather. I can’t say enough good things about this company and Austin—they were awesome!
