The Ice Museum, The Thermas and: we saw northern lights at the end. I did not go into the springs water but enjoy seen them. It is recomended to bring water shoes, bathing suit, getting out of the water clothes and towels.

Kevin our driver was absolutely 💯 the BEST ! Unfortunately we didn't see the Northern Lights but Kevin made the experience fun. We met up with another crew, we roasted hotdogs, there was 3 different camp fires, Kevin went above & beyond to make EACH guest feel comfortable. We both served in the military. I have a lot of respect for Kevin. Our van was packed ! We laughed, we had great conversation. Chena hot springs needs to REMODEL the bathrooms, #1. Chena Hot springs dressing rooms are covered in puddles of water #2. The blow dryers do not work in the dressing rooms. #3. There's not enough lockers for guest. #4. We had to wait 1hr & 30 minutes to eat dinner #5. The food at Chena resorts is so so, nothing to brag about ! #6. The ice museum melted partially. THE TRIP IS WORTH IT ! IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Everyone should experience NATURAL HOT SPRING WATER, the natural springs made my skin super soft. The experience is definitely worth the money 💰. Kevin was the best 👌 I give Kevin our driver 10 stars, I think he should get a raise, he went above & beyond to make us happy. WE NEVER SAW THE NORTHERN LIGHTS because the skies were cloudy ! Kevin made us feel less sad & less disappointed. THE TRIP IS WORTH IT ! DO IT !

What a thoughtful review! And we do agree that the resort needs improvements, (Which we hear is in the works currently) but those Hot Springs are so worth it! Kevin is absolutely one of the best guides you can find and I’m so happy to hear you enjoyed your time with him. If you are still in town reach out, as we are expecting some amazing auroras this week and would love to take you out for our main tour as well. Kevin was our tour guide. He was wonderful. If you get a chance ask for him. The dressing rooms are in serious need of an update.

Thank you for joining us. We agree Kevin is something special. As for dressing rooms, we tend to agree and will pass it along to Chena Hot Springs Resort. But we sadly have no control on their facilities.
