*Every seat is a window seat! Actual assignment for Open Seating will be determined at checkin and only after completing a proper weight & balance: The pilot sits on the [Left-Front]. Passenger 1 [Front-Center window seat], Passenger 2 [Front-Right window seat], Passenger 3 [Left-Rear window seat], Passenger 4 [Right-Rear window seat].
The following Weight Restrictions require purchasing (1) additional seat: Single Passengers that exceed 240 lbs. or parties of two (2) with a combined weight that exceed 400 lbs. For parties of 4 the maximum combined weight allowed onboard is 745 lbs.
Checkin 30 minutes prior to flight time.
Camera devices are welcomed but must be tethered.
Minimum 10 years of age.
This is a shared tour up to 4 guests, for private tours select 4 seats upon booking.
No scuba diving within 24 hours of departure.

Our Hughes doors off helicopter tour was absolutely amazing. Our pilot Wayne was very experienced and he gave a lot of information during the flight. We felt very safe the entire time. For anyone doing this for the first time -45 to 50 mins is more than enough. Secure your sunglasses with a tie and keep your hand holding the camera inside the copter at all times. Wind pressure is extremely high. Bring your phone case. They will attach a lanyard to it and then you can take pictures and videos during flight. Flip flops don't work. Shoes are a must. Sweat shirt is a good idea as it can get to 50 degrees with the wind. People with long hair - its a good idea to tie your hair back securely or cover with a head and face covering as you don't want them to constantly smack you in the face. My girlfriend wore a face shield. At times, the wnd speed feels like it's 150 mph . The views are breathtaking. We would do it again and highly recommend it.

My sister and I were on two separate helicopter leaving at the same time. We were very fortunate to be able to book this tour at the very last minute. Everyone was so friendly and understanding. It was my first time on a helicopter, I wasn’t too worried. I think people should be aware that it get a little choppy. This helicopter is small but can go closer to waterfall and the coast. I see a lot of comments about canceling but if you stay in Kauai it’s so obvious that the weather changes so fast. It was the best thing I have ever done! The view was incredible. I was a dream come true. Everyone should do it with Airbornes tour because the door off is a must! And not rear middle tour!
