The jet skis were great, and the staff were organized and fun and they prioritized safety.
I felt that the cost was too high for this experience, however. You only spend about 30min on the jet skis and I spent less on another much more extensive tour swimming with sharks so it didn't feel as comparable.
I thought it was very cool that they have it set up to mount go pros on your jet ski to take both photo and video, and the prices aren't too bad compared to other things I've done. BUT my go pro malfunctioned so I only ended up with a video and 2 usable photos (the go pro only took 4 photos and 2 of them were obscured by the staff members finger as he mounted the go pro). This was sad for me because it was my first time jet skiing and I was excited about the go pros. They did drop my price a bit but I ended up paying $55 for those 2 photos lol only because I'm not sure if I'll jet ski again and just wanted the memory of it.
Others complained that you can only go in a circular track and that the skis have speed reduced to 35mph advertised (20mph was as far as ours went in actuality maybe due to the waves). Neither of these things bothered me though since it was my first time. Mostly just the price, short duration, and go pro malfunction bothered me but I did still have a lot of fun.
