Great jet ski experience - we did both singles and a tandem. Convenient boat ride out to and back from the jet ski water area with adequate instructions

The staff was nice. However the experience was just ok. It wasn’t clearly explained the ride was for 30 minutes total. Which seems like a ripoff. I was under the impression it was 30 minutes per rider. Who wants to take turns riding in a circle for 15 Minutes? Which also was not explained when I booked. If I would have paid full price for this excursion. I would be requesting a refund. The only good thing was the pictures and video. Which again is another way for them to make a profit because I had my own GoPro which I was not allowed to use. And of course my children wanted themselves on video. If you want a true jet ski experience I would book with someone else. For families with small children who don’t want to drive the jet ski Maybe this is for you.

PHENOMENAL, EXCEPTIONAL, THRILLING, and EXHILARATING Experience !! This excursion was very professionally and expertly operated. Our entire family came to Hawaii this year for the first time and none of us had ever gone Jet Skiing before. We thoroughly enjoyed this adventure, highly recommend it to others, and plan on returning again soon 😊
