This experience is good for beginners and those who just want to take it easy and go round and round in a square pattern. I was looking for a bit more adventure and less restrictions (of course, while being safe). 2 family members thoroughly enjoyed the experience (one drove and one was on my ski). And another fam member (who drove first then switched) did not feel they got a thorough enough explanation and truly was fearful and almost miserable the whole time.
Our experience levels are varied - I have years of experience and own my own. None of my family have ever been on jet skis.
I don’t feel the experience is worth what we paid but 50% of my party enjoyed it. The other 25%, well, I don’t think they’ll ever touch one again.
The boat and raft crew were fine. Witty. Upbeat. Some cheesy humor that’s expected on a tour🤣
Tips: I would skip the GoPro video all together unless you have your own and you’re able to secure it to a handle or your arm so you can record both riders. The only good photo that came from their GoPro was the one the raft crew took before we started our time. You can’t buy just one photo.
Also, bring goggles so you can see better without burning your eyes with the saltwater (sunglasses aren’t sufficient.) They charge $10 a pair, which I feel is true overkill.
