Dan was great! He was very accommodating as we were traveling with friends but scheduled with different tour guides... he welcomed us with his group. He is very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting and thought provoking. Highly recommend!

Although this tour has received 5 star reviews, this was not our experience. We booked this tour as it was a bucket list thing for my husband having paid over £122, which included tickets and transportation. We took the tour at the beginning of January. It was supposed to be a small group for a 3 hr tour. However, we were joined by a much larger 1 hr walking group. We were waiting on the mini bus only to be told that the guide had been double booked and we were then offloaded, leaving much later than our 1.40pm departure time. One of the ladies had problems with her knee and only booked the tour knowing she wouldn’t have to do a lot of walking. We don’t know if she managed to get her money back. We walked to the Grassy Knoll and Dealey Plaza etc. from the pick up point. We were given lots of information, but the group that had the one hour walking tour were given more like a 2 hr tour at our expense!! Having left that group we then walked back to the mini bus whereby we were supposed to be taken to the Boarding House (admission included) and the Texas Theatre. As we were running short on time, we were just driven past these places and they were just pointed out, not what we were expecting at all. We were then taken to the 6th floor museum (again admission included) where the museum did not have us listed as having paid in advance for tickets. After trying to sort this out, we found out that as it was gone 4.15pm we would not even be allowed into the museum anyway. My husband really wanted to do the museum so the next day we paid an extra $25 so he could do so. As we were thoroughly disappointed with the shambles of a tour we received I asked for a partial refund. All I received was £28.30, which I do not consider is sufficient to cover the cost of the admission for the both of us for the 6th floor museum and the boarding house, considering we also paid an extra $25. I have sent email after email to have this amount increased, to no avail. This may have been a one off, but everyone that was on our mini bus was not happy. This review is just to help anyone that may undertake this tour and be forewarned what could happen and don’t expect to get your money back.
