We arrived a little late, but received a phone call giving a heads up that they were waiting for us, where to park and where to enter the gangway, which is behind the Marriott resort. Parking was free. We were greeted by the staff person who had called and he walked us the rest of the way to the ship. Very friendly, engaging staff made us at home. Drinks were being served before we cast off and throughout the excursion. We made our way to the upper deck. There was ample seating with tables and benches along the perimeter. Most of the upper deck is covered so you aren't going to get burned. You can also go all the way outside on the upper and lower decks. Restrooms are available on both decks as well. Lower deck is fully enclosed and air conditioned, with glass windows on either side and table to sit at.
You will hear interesting commentary during the first leg of the trip about the Jupiter island preserve, houses along the banks and history of the area. Lunch provided was a very tasty croissant ham and turkey with lettuce and tomato, pickle spear, fresh fruit and a chocolate chip cookie.
The return trip includes music, when you can request a song, sing happy birthday, dedicate a song for an anniversary and the like. We saw the estates of Burt Reynold's, Tiger Wood's, Bing Crosby, John Lemon/ Yoko Ono, and Olivia Newton John, to name a few.
