Our guides are WFR, CPR First Aid and Kayak 101 certified. They go out with iPhone 15 pro max phones for award winning photography. Intermediate kayakers can appreciate the quality of Paddle Express kayaks, paddles, life vest, and dry bags. Our award winning guides are professionally trained and certified. Enjoy fantastic views on the water and in the canyon. Customers can book sunrise or sunset times along with mid day tours. During the tour at the 2 hour mark you turn around and have your snack break. We stop for optional swimming in the return. Get unique insights about the area from a Paddle Express guide. At the end of the tour customers can swim at their own desire. Check in day before during business hours for weather reasons. The kayak tour with hike through the Lower Antelope Canyon is highly recommended. It was a mega highlight! Sean was a great guide. He not only guided us safely (despite the rattlesnake) through the canyon, but also explained a lot and understandably.

Your daughter, I suggest you step with your feet or take a boat. Unless you are regularly in sports or want to exercise can play Feel more difficult for two people to challenge to see alone or board a boat

According to the description, it was a one-day tour with kayaking and hiking in the Antelope. They even said that you had to take your time and bring your own lunch. It started well, but then it turned out that it was only a 3.5-hour tour. We only had 45 minutes in the canyon. There was no time for breaks or food. In total, we paddled over 8 km without stopping, and that was with two children, aged 9 and 10. Paddling in the canyon was cool, but with so little time in the canyon you don't see the beautiful places. It's a shame, we would have been better off doing a 1.5-hour hike in the lower canyon.

du bist nicht gut!! Sorry you can’t make a review in English. Glad I sprechen Deutsch/ German. Roger, you are a very emotionally soft and flamboyant Swiss-German leaving an emotional 1 star review. First the tour is a half day not a “One day tour”. You were slow to paddle, and you got the appropriate time to hike. You even stopped (fell behind so bad) for your son to swim which is not part of the tour, and you were not dressed appropriately so he came to shore complaining about being cold and wet. The group waited for you at the shoreline and it delayed the group picture but I didn’t give you any attitude and remained professional. I observed that moment where you didn’t care about delaying the group, and kept notes as keeping everyone safe is a priority. Sorry you were stressed and felt you deserved more time but maybe you need to study your English more and understand what a Half Day tour is and how it’s NOT a “One day tour”. The facts: your son was showing level 1 signs of hypothermia as you went swimming in November when the air and water temps were less than 120! He was complaining and maybe you didn’t hear me because they were distracting you while I was providing my services. So lousy you leave a review in SWISS-German that is not truthful based on facts, it was emotional. It’s a very typical reaction for a parent who is underprepared, and doesn’t have boundaries on their kids when traveling. Unfortunately that is why many companies do not allow kids in tours. On this tour someone was late in your group, and had a ton of attitude towards me the guide that made me stressed, and I specifically said please keep up with the group when we paddle as I was taking care of the late arrivals. I never took any of that stress out on you or any of the group. I paddled at a normal pace you just didn’t keep up because you had kids in your kayaks that can’t paddle like adults. The other adults with kids in the group were fine and appreciated all the pictures I took as I do paddle ahead of the group for some of the brilliant photography work that I do!! I have hundreds of 5 star reviews because of that, and once again shame on you for complaining about how you couldn’t keep up. As a father myself I would never book my family on a tour that was physically demanding and overwhelming for my family to keep up with a reasonable pace. I still can’t believe you would leave a review based on a lack of translation skills because you didn’t get your full day, well $100 a person doesn’t get a full day tour anywhere in this region! Sorry you felt like you deserved more for that price point. I don’t slow a group down for kids, and shame on you for expecting a group of adults to slow down for kids. The other adults with kids kept up with me! Super selfish you would expect a tour to slow down for you and then label it the way you did in a review. I did become stressed towards you a little bec I allowed you to walk on your own (gave you extra time) while your kids were under dressed, and once again showing signs of hypothermia. You clearly didn’t want to acknowledge that. You didn’t turn around at the right time, so I had to run (almost a mile) back deeper in the canyon to make sure you were turning around, and your son was still complaining about being wet and cold! I saw you looking at your watch, however I could see a young father who didn’t have appropriate boundaries on his kids. Grow up please. You though you kept track of time but your kids were wasting time when we got to shore, they wasted time during the paddle into the canyon, and they kept you from hiking right away! I was not stressed at you at all during the paddle, and you got extra time to hike, but then wanted more which made me stressed. It made me feel trapped because I knew you would be a type of person and leave a compartmentalized review. I clearly said the quicker you paddle the longer you get to hike when we first met during orientation but once again your lack of English comprehension is the reason for this entire situation. So sad you have to leave a 1 star shows how ridiculous you are and dramatic you are not to mention how big unrealistic person you’re being. Next time paddle faster, dress appropriately and understand that our tour was 3.5 hours long like it is advertised. You paid for a 3.5 hour tour and you got it! So lousy you can’t be appreciative of what you paid for and think you kept track of time appropriately, which you didn’t. I helped you in and out of the kayak 4 times, carried your gear, and gave you 3.5 hours which included kayaking on Lake Powell, in Antelope Canyon, and hiking in Antelope Canyon. You were given time to have lunch in that 45 minute window, and also given 20 minutes of transition time but once again you were being distracted by your kids and also had a mindset based on your lacking of English language skills!! Not my problem and certainly don’t deserve a 1 star review from a customer who was expecting more because they were ignorant. You got what you paid for and it still wasn’t enough!! Take some English classes!! From what I know English is a second language for most who are raised in Germany but what is your excuse? German is my third language, and I’ve traveled to Germany, and many speak or at least comprehend English well. Maybe you should make that a priority like many of your countrymen. As I gain awareness of Swiss-German and the history the culture I understand you have been predisposed to a bias towards German speakers and possibly my Irish-German-American heritage was a threat to you so much that it elevated the nature of your flamboyance in the review as you blew me off during the photo drop and closure of the tour and it makes sense from a psychological/sociological perspective as I was taller than you and clearly in better condition so your emotions were hurt because you struggled to maintain average pace (kids don’t paddle well) but your kids wanted more hiking time so they have guilted you into an extremely immature review.
