Bus driver was great and safe. Had a great day in Key West. One more bucket item ticked off my list.

Transportation left us. Not very clear directions. We were not able to initiate the trip. Another address suggested so transportation could pick us up, we needed to get an uber and move to this other address but what if they left is again. We decided not to move to other address since we again did not have clear directions like time frame or landmark to wait at etc

Our office sends via the web portal of your booking agency the exact time of pick up and states that you must be ready outside waiting for the bus 10 minutes before that given time, also if you didn't see the message and you purchased a trip online you should have tried contacting the company at least the day before the trip to find out how it worked if you were not clear with the information provided online.
