Best Place Farms is home to KuneKune's, pronounced “kooney kooney”, a rare breed of pig that nearly went extinct in the 1970's. They're considered one of the most docile pig breeds, making them amazing pets and great for human interaction. Come meet our KuneKune's and learn why we love them so much!

You will also get to meet and interact with the other animals in the farm.

Best Clucking Place Farms

Welcome to Best Place Farms, home to the cutest KuneKune pigs in Hutto! You'll learn about the history of Kunekune pigs and what makes them so unique. If we have piglets that are living on the farm, you'll get to meet them too! We'll have treats prepared for you to feed the pigs and other animals on the farm! You'll also learn how to make them sit and get their treats. They love getting attention and being petted. Most of them will lay down and want their belly rubbed.

Gorgeous animals and such a lovely authentic farm! The piglets were a massive highlight! Marissa was our guide and was super personable & informative. We really enjoyed our time here!

We had a great time at the farm tour the hosts were kind, friendly & knowledgeable. We were able to hold baby piglets & lambs which is exactly what my partner was looking for. I’d recommend visiting & supporting this family farm anytime!

What a lovely place! We had a personalized tour and farm experience. The guides were kind and helpful, and made our experience meaningful. We loved meeting and feeding the animals; we e especially loved holding the piglets. Thank you for a sweet time.
