Upon arrival at the Las Vegas airport at 11.30pm and not seeing our driver around the carousel area where other drivers were waiting, we walked out to meet our driver only to find no sign of him. We walked along the footway searching for him to no avail. We asked a man working outside and he did not know the name of who we were to meet but explained that he would possibly be across the road as that is where transfers park. By this time we were tired and uneasy. I tried ringing his number a few times and could not get through so our adult daughter also tried with no success. We waited approximately 30 minutes and finally decided to catch a taxi as there were a number of them available. We were settled into our hotel room when I received a text from the driver asking me where we were. After exchanging text messages informing him of our problem with not finding him, we finished contact with him. To say we were disappointed in this situation would be an understatement...very frustrating to arrived and not be met as booked and paid for.
