Join us as we explore unique coastal ecosystems in Sarasota, Florida. Our tour at Liquid Blue Outfitters is unique thanks to our pedal drive kayaks. Our unique kayaks make the experience as easy as riding a bicycle. Our equipment is especially beneficial for those with shoulder and upper back pain. The seats in these kayaks keep the user elevated and in a more natural position for maximum comfort. Please call to inquire about bringing children on a tour.

Our pedal kayaks are single seater kayaks. However, a clip-in seat can be added to each kayak for a small child. Contact us if you have specific questions regarding this.

ATTENTION!! Liquid Blue Outfitters now launches from Bird Key Park in Sarasota, Florida. We DO NOT launch from our previous location in Ted Sperling Park. If you desire to launch from our previous location, contact us and we will get you set up with our affiliate in that park.

We were looking for something to do besides go to the beach on Siesta key during our trip, so I googled "things to do in Siesta Key" and this came up. Read the description and reviews, and it sounded like a good time. Well, it sure was. Steve was our guide, and he made the entire trip easy, informative, and enjoyable. It's really fun sitting out in the bay with the friendly cormorants darting all around you and fishing. The mangrove tunnels are super-neat to explore, and they're much cooler than sitting on the bay in the sun. If you're lucky like us, you'll see a manatee or two, they're very docile. Almost the entire trip was spent in shallow water, so we didn't even wear our lifevests. You'll have a wonderful time, try this!

We had a personal group experience with just the 6 of us. We had a great experience exploring the Mangrove tunnels and Sarasota Bay with our tour guide Sky. He was fun and funny as well as engaging. He had good knowledge of the eco system and would get out of his Kayak and dive in to get species to show us. ( Like the horseshoe crab). He also show respect to the Manatees encouraging us to create space and not invade on there territory. We would highly recommend him if you are booking a tour. We had a great experience. Thanks Sky!
