From the initial call to the hugs goodbye, this company has it down pat!! I experienced technical difficulties in booking Tigris third party but Sunny took over after my call to to North Shore, and made sure perfection happened! The day of our family five hour tour, Cameron our guide gave us a call to make sure we were on the way with no problems. We parked in the designated lot, walked to our fabulous bus,which Paul, our driver had cooled down so we were all comfortable, and proceeded for a morning of interesting island facts and beautiful scenery. Our hike to Waimea Falls was spectacular and our stop at the Dole pineapple farm for Dole Whip was a real treat All in all I can’t say enough about the experience. Thanks,Sunny,Cameron and Paul! Hugs, and Happy Holidays!!

This was one of the best tours with the best guide I could have , this guy is awesome and so are all the EXTRAS we received , but again don’t over look the company this is the one for you and your family
