Love it all! Paula was very informative and wonderful! Highly recommend her in the future! She even made certain to escort us to the taxi stand as well.

We lucked out on this trip - we were the only ones to have booked for the time slot, and the inclement weather cleared just in time to get to the boat! David Medeiros was our tour guide, and he was fantastic from start to finish. My parents were in town visiting from the UK and Liberty Island was high on their list. David was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny, and really took care of us. His insights made the trip all the more fascinating and added an extra dimension compared with just seeing the places.
