My daughter and I had an absolute blast rafting on the Lower Yough Sunday of Labor day weekend. I was new to it, my daughter had done it 10 years ago when still in college, but I had no qualms, since the instructions were very good. Riley and Sugar Fries provided us with sunblock when I said I forgot it, so they were helpful right off the bat. Judd explained the signals, got us set up with a captain of the boat, and the two young men with us in our boat luckily were quite awesome. My daughter did fall out twice. I would have had a whole lot more consternation if they had not been right there, and had not given such clear instructions on how to handle it. I thought the lunch was just right for this kind of adventure, and they had veggie wraps for the ones who were not meat eaters even. The guides were all around in kayaks (Joe was really cool), and there were some assigned to rafts that helped all of us, not just the ones in the rafts they were in. It was a total blast, loved the whole thing, and crossed it off my bucket list as a definite positive experience!
