  • Na Pali Coast: destination is dependent on ocean conditions, tour may need to reroute south. Non-refundable
  • Snorkeling: is dependent on ocean condition's. Conditions permitting/non-refundable
  • Bring: towel, non-spray sunscreen, rain-jacket, cameras protected from water, and any medications, allergy/ insect protection you require.
  • Wear: bathing suits, light cover-up, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat. Plan on getting wet. We are a barefoot tour unless a medical condition prevents that, please inform your captain
  • Menu: Build your own sandwiches with chips, cookies & pasta salad. Our kitchen processes nuts, gluten, and dairy. If you have any extreme allergies please come prepared with your own food.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: To modify, reschedule, or cancel ANY tour, YOU MUST CALL KST directly
  • No shows are charged 100%. No refunds for non-disclosures of health concerns, re-routes, non-watersports or sea sickness.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Minimum age is 3 years
  • No pregnant.
  • Snorkel time is between 30-45 minutes conditions permitting.
  • NO FULL FACED MASKS OR WEIGHT BELTS ALLOWED.
  • No pregnancies, bad backs, those who have undergone any recent surgeries, those with any mobility problems
  • Maximum weight limit 300lbs per person

excellent service. amazing views. crew was very knowledgeable. i had a great time. drinks were also provided. only down fall was that at the snorkeling site there were not so many fish to see.

The marketing tittle is misleading! It's neither a Deluxe tour nor a Snorkel tour to me. I assumed it would be a relaxing tour like any other snorkel tour I went in Hawai. However it turned out not that way. It was a long (almost 5.5 hours) boat tour to a 45 mins snorkeling (barely any fish to see). The way back was rough and windy. Some people were sea sick. So I would suggest you to think twice before you doing this tour. I gave it 3 stars because Captain Kauai was fabulous, he did his job well. And we got to see some dophins on the way to Napali, which was a bless.

Our tours are excursions up to view the stunning and pristine, NāPali Coast. Most days of the year we are able to enjoy 40mins-1hr of snorkeling, depending on the tour you've chosen. The quality of the snorkeling is very dependent on ocean and weather conditions. *During the season (aprox. Dec.-March) we offer whale watching. These do not include snorkeling at all. *Our rigid hull inflatable rafts offer tours up the coast as well as a 'beach landing', also seasonal. This incorporates landing at Nualolo Kai State Park where folks can experience a cultural walk through an ancient Hawaiian village. Some, but not all of these raft tours include snorkeling. We're sorry to learn you were not happy with your excursion.

The trip was fun but we wished the snorkeling would have been longer than 30 minutes. It took 2 hours to get to the destination to only be able to swim for 30 minutes was a bit disappointing and then another 2 hours to get back.
