There were only three of us on this day’s final tour so our guide, Mark, was able to take his time, engage in plenty of dialogue, and show us the sites. The band Disturbed was conducting its sound check so the arena was not set up for either a Rangers or Knicks game but we still had the opportunity to check out all the usual spaces and maybe even a couple extra. The views from the bridge are not to be missed! We even got to see something out of the ordinary, visiting hockey gear being housed in the Rangers’ locker room (due to the concert).

Watch out with this. If there is a match on the same day you want a tour, tours start at 12:00 on a 1st come 1st served basis. The booking suggests from 10:30. We were caught out with this as we could not attend after 12:30. We were offered a refund but they said we were outside of the 24hour cancellation period..still waiting for a refund and currently well out of pocket

It was an informative tour from our guide Justin. Very knowledgeable and definitely not a Chicago Bull fan, that being said it was a nice tour.
