I'm so glad I was able to fit this into my schedule. After a few hikes during my trip to Phoenix, it was nice to do a different type of physical activity. The other people who booked canceled, so Michelle catered the session to my preferences (which was to focus on stretching). And being able to do this at sunset is really a treat.

It was a beautiful event. Michelle is so kind and welcoming. Mats and blankets were provided. The space for yoga was up high with an amazing view of the mountains around us. We started the night by getting to know each other a little bit. Michelle gave us some intentions to ponder for the new year. She guided us through a beautiful gentle yoga practice. The sunset was spectacular! We ended the night with partner poses, silhouettes, photos and new year intentions. I will do this event again! Thank you Michelle 🧘‍♀️ 🩷
