My mother and I loved the heck out of this tour! First, we had to reschedule because 0700 the day after arrival AND a luau make it tough to motivate. The company was happy to help and reschedule at a location closer to our resort that I wasn't familiar with before. The morning tour really is the most beautiful in my opinion and I recommend it to anyone. My mother had never been snorkeling/kayaking or admittedly in the ocean deeper than her ankles but our guide JASON was incredible! He gave her all the instructions and context she needed to feel confident in her ability and even get a bit excited for the sea life she'd see. This was my biggest priority as I have been snorkeling and handful of times before and been in the ocean quite a lot. We got to see turtles, jelly fish, the Hawaii state fish, and incredible views of the mountain range from the water. Our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It was a fun filled day out on the water and I recommend this organization and this guide to ANYONE visiting the island.

Our tour guide was John and he was awesome! We were lucky enough to have the tour to ourselves (me, 2 teenagers and my son) . I was a little worried because noneof is had ever kayaked before especially in ther ocean. But John explained everything very well and everyone did great. My teenage girls even worked together and got along....a miracles in itself! He took us to a greater snorkel spot and we explored everything. We saw lots of sea turtles, starfish, morey eel, puffer fish and he even found an octopus that he held and were for to touch. It was amazing! We saw everything we could ask for! John was very knowledgeable about everything we saw on our tour. My kids said it was their favorite part of our trip. We will definitely use John again when we go back to Maui!

So I'll just say that my experience was not great, but it was my fault because I didn't take anything for sea sickness and I felt terrible. The tour itself was great. The staff was professional and very helpful. My wife, who didn't get sea sick, enjoyed it very much and got to see a bunch of turtles very close up. If you're like me and get motion sickness very easily, it might not be the best idea to do this without taking something the night before and the morning of the tour. If you're not worried about that, I highly recommend it.
