Between the 7 rivers that make up the waterways in our county, we estimate between 1,200 and 1,800 Manatees throughout the year making up over 25% of the Manatee population that live throughout Florida. Had a great time exploring the Chassahowitzka with our guide Drake. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the tour itself explored such a beautiful and unique area. Highly recommended would definitely go again!

Diverse river experience. Kayaked over natural springs; through narrows lined with grasses and even walked in shallow water on beach sand. Saw lots of birds and river otters. Drake was friendly and knowledgeable about everything we passed.
