American Pro Diving Center helps visitors and locals explore the clear, teeming waters of Florida with year-round manatee tour adventures. This tour is for both swimmers and riders. All the equipment is included on this manatee snorkel tour in Crystal River, Florida. Snorkelers don on wet suits, mask, snorkel and fins to see a large population of resident sea cows. Our in-water guides known as the Dive-master keep the experience safe and fun for both manatees and people. Snorkelers swim with these gentle giants for a once in a lifetime experience. Mike andKham were both awesome. They found us some manatees and we got so close! Will definitely do it again.

Our group of approximately 70 middle schoolers and chaperones spent about an hour listening to a very informational presentation on manatees and then snorkeled with the manatees the next morning. We all had a wonderful time. The staff was professional, kind, and knowledgeable and they made sure we all had one-on-one interaction with manatees. The gear was very clean which was especially important. Overall, an A+ experience. I can’t wait to go back!

Positive: The staff was nice. Cons: We unfortunately got put on a trip with a very large family that had crabby kids. Kids cried cause they didn't want to get in water so that held up people that actually wanted to get in. Another disappointment was they took us to the same place that we went swimming from shore to see the manatees. Sad that we paid all that money to take a five minute boat ride to a place where you can see and swim with them right from shore. Tour site says 3 1/2 to 4 hour trip not the case at all we arrived at 830am at tour building then had to drive to the dock, left dock around 915am and were driving back to our hotel by 1130am after dropping off wetsuit back at tour building. We were probably in water and hour or less.

Unfortunately, the kids thought you were the crabby one.We are sorry but you have to admit, the Manatee's were awesome! See you next year.
