Got at message on arrival at JFK and met just outside arrivals. Journey was a bit stop start but this was due to other pickups and the crazy traffic. Pick up from the hotel was bang on time and got to JFK in good time. Allow plenty of time for traffic and pick ups but overall can’t fault the service.

They told me on the phone that my shuttle should pick me up in 10-15 min. That was an hour ago. I just called again and now they are saying 20 minutes. I could have walked

Given so many negative reviews I felt compelled to write a highly positive one of my experience. I had signed up online for a shared shuttle service pick up in Manhattan to JFK airport. Instead I gotta text that a black new suburban vehicle was parked in front of my street address a 1/2 hour early ready to take me. It turned out they didn't have enough business for a shared Van. So they upgraded me at no extra charge to a beautiful suburban direct to JFK. Great ride. Great driver.
