The drivers did a good job and were very courteous, but the overall company lacked a degree of professionalism. The vans were not in good shape, and I wasn't pleased with the dispatcher at all.

Mini bus 15 minutes late for pick up but pleasant driver and decent bus.

The driver was prompt, picking us up on time. He was very helpful and was clearly knowledgeable about the best route to take to JFK airport to avoid the busy traffic.
