Van was punctual and on time. It's efficient and cost effective. Booking it is very easy. Draw back is that if it van is full (10-11 people it is quite uncomfortable). I experienced a full van on a previous trip. On my particular journey this time there were only 4 other people so it was a pleasant and easy ride.
