Pick up time is way too early, we were at the airport at 4.30am for our 7am departure. We were picked up at 3.30am from our Time Square hotel, stop at La Guardia first before being dropped off for our flight at JFK
The shuttle driver was also very grumpy.

Well actually everything went wrong... We came in at the airport and after 2 hours of immigration we were happy to breathe some air! Unfortunately... We arrived at the desk and checked in with a very attentend older man telling us we will be picked up in about 20 minutes. After one hour we still stood over as the only ones and some young female attendants did not here us. Wait, you will be picked up soon... It was awfull and after another hour I was starting to get a little angry and finally got there attention! Wrong time maybe but not a good start of our visit!!

Awful experience, won't recommend this service because of the drivers, they weren't kind to the passengers but asked for a tip. Tips are granted for people who deliver good service.
