The mantas' put on a great show and swam within millimetres of our faces. What a thrill. These large, balletic filter feeders appear unfazed by the crowds of humans clinging to illuminated rafts or scuba diving. The polite, knowledgeable and energetic crew got everyone safely and calmly in and out of the water in daytime and darkness. The tour leaves earlier than others to ensure a mooring at the viewing site, which gives those who want to a daylight look at the mantas' nighttime feeding ground. The staff ensured the less confident swimmers were properly kitted with floatation devices and everyone had a wetsuit. Cold water was provided and there were cookies on the ride back.

This night manta snorkel exceeded my expectations by a large margin! The captain, crew, and boat were all top notch. The mantas were mind-blowing! I was not prepared for the quantity and size of them- there were so many! And a lot of them were HUGE. It was so much fun, I can't recommend this highly enough.

Amazing! Just do it! Captain and crew all very safety conscious and kind. Unforgettable moments with gentle wild animals. Big boat offered uncrowded seating and restroom along with warm fresh water shower post snorkeling. One caveat - don't go in unless you are a swimmer and comfortable in the water.
