EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. This review is for a tour we took on 18th Feb 2021 (6.30pm evening tour)
Hopefully this review helps folks better!
First, want to share my experience with the 2 folks who were our guides/trainers etc. They were Amber and the boatman was a big bearded guy (do not know his name). Amber was okay, gave some basic instructions but mostly expected us to know everything (so if you are a first timer or want more instructions -ASK) She could have helped me get a pair of prescription snorkel goggles (because I wear glasses) too - but did not ( SO ASK for it if you need it) - I assumed they do not have it, but usually they do - if you dont know, ask because they wont give them to you. About the boat driver - highly uncooperative and not understanding if you want to take your time to become comfortable with your goggles, jumping into the sea or swimming. He was not friendly, not patient and certainly not cooperative. So go on this tour ONLY IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCED and do not expect them to support you.
Now, about the tour - It was raining the whole day and me and my fiance did think that it was crazy to go snorkel that day. Still, they did not cancel the tour; so we thought they know what they are doing and went along. The water was extremely rough, it was extremely difficult to stay afloat AND WE DID NOT SEE ANY MANTAS!!! NOT A SINGLE ONE! Ofcourse that was disappointing, but more so was the torture to keep afloat, trying not to drink saltwater and then fighting off sea sickness. AN EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. I would have rather not gone, than having to deal with the sickness later.
About the company - NO REFUND GIVEN, NO SWAPPING FOR ANY OTHER TOUR. so if you think weather is bad, CANCEL and ask them to take you another day because they will still take you on a bad weather day and it will turn out to be a bad experience for you.

Aloha Payal,
Manta rays are wild animals and we do all that we can to place you in the best position to view them in their natural habitat. Unfortunately, there are times when the manta ray don’t show up. That’s why our company has a policy that allows you to go back out to view the mantas at no charge. We are sorry that you didn’t take advantage of this policy, because the other half of your traveling party did get to see 4 manta rays on their second trip and seemed genuinely happy.
This adventure is an intermediate snorkeling tour and guests must be able to swim and have some snorkeling experience, as described on our website. The tour is only one hour and does not allow time to teach our guests how to swim or snorkel. We do, however, cover some snorkel and equipment fitting basics. If you would have requested a prescription mask our staff would have been more than happy to provide you one.
There were more than 20 boats conducting manta tours February 18th, 2021, the weather conditions were typical for this time of year. At no time would we ever put our guests at risk. We are sorry that you didn’t have a good experience and hope that you find water adventures that suit your abilities.
