Our family of 6 ALL had so much fun escaping our room! Kids were ages 7-17. The kids were a little hard to break away from their video games at home to try something new but now they are looking forward to doing another room! The funnest thing was that it took a team effort to escape the room! We had so much fun cracking codes, interpreting riddles, and using or hands and sight to navigate the room. The number of steps was perfect. The props were so much fun. The sound and lighting created an amazing atmosphere. Kudos to whoever thinks these fantastic things up! Even dad had fun! Dad’s birthday is a couple of weeks away. Maybe this is what we’ll do!?

We had a good time. A little confusing since it was our first time doing something like this. If we had more time and a few more clues outside of the boxes we could have done better.

What did I want to do for Mother’s Day? “Escape” with my family to the magical world of ‘Masters of Illusion’ escape room at the Colonnade location! 2 of our group had done an escape room before and the others hadn’t. All had a blast and really enjoyed the challenge of this beautifully designed room! (We finished with 13.23 minutes to spare!) The quest was exciting and the activities and clues were great! Now I’ve done two rooms at this location and can’t wait to try more! Jordan and all the staff were extremely helpful, especially when our restaurant on Mother’s Day was being horribly slow and we were going to be a few minutes late for our assigned time. WE’LL BE BACK!!!
