It’s been days since me and my mentor went parasailing on the 21st of June . I waited days to allow myself to collect my thoughts and feelings before I reviewed off of being pure upset and went off my emotions of how I was feeling that day . First when we got on the boat i became motion sick and felt like I was about to throw up then when we finally got on the speed boat we asked the man about life jackets because the boat was so small and he was going so fast he said we only wear life jackets on this particular boat if it flips over which makes no sense because if the boat flip over and I don’t have on a life jacket already who is to say I would get one because I can’t swim then when we were transferring to the boat to parasail my mentor who is in her 50s was transferring from one boat to the next and the man who drove the boat turned the wheel in a way that as she was transferring to the parasailing boat she twisted her knee and hurt it and even days later her knee still hurts Second when we got suited up to parasail the pilot of the boat said I’m going to dunk you two since we didn’t do it to any of the other passengers we said no which he didn’t dunk us however he brought us over 1000 feet and kept us in the air for minutes standing still and the rope had no slackness in it and it was shaking . My mentor asked him to put us down and he kept us up there till he eventually brought us in minutes later . That was scary! It was a fun experience gone bad I didn’t appreciate it at all!!! the pilot knew already I was motion sick and he had no consideration . Plus he didn’t bring anyone else up that high nor keep them standing still instead of parasailing which is what I thought I payed for . I hope everyone else who decides to try this out has a better experience then what we did

Aloha - being seasick is hard and it does happen to some people and not others. I do need to put a correction in place. We use 600 feet of line or 800 feet of line. It depends on the ride you purchased. It is not possible to be 1000 feet in the air. In fact, FAA does not allow it. Your ride was about 350 -400 feet at the highest. The ride is 6 minutes in the air and your video shows us how much time you spent in the air. Try it again - with some seasick medicine. I expect you will really enjoy our breathtaking views.

The 2 crewmen on the boat made sure we experienced a great time and the pics and video they took were AMAZING!! And, it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We were charged a lot more than others and especially a couple that just added the parasailing on the boat. They were charged far less

We only have two prices - one for a standard ride and one for a higher flyer. Perhaps the rides were different.
